Hi, I'm Claire.

For more than 15 years, I've worked across the corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors. At Twilio and Autodesk, I built and led sustainability and ESG programs, set climate targets, advanced decarbonization, guided ESG reporting and climate risk, and directed millions towards climate impact and philanthropy. Earlier, I developed clean energy and environmental programs with cities, utilities, and nonprofits.

My experience ranges from board-level strategy to hands-on program design and implementation. I help leaders translate complex sustainability questions into a shared vision—bringing the right people into the conversation, building alignment around priorities, and creating a path teams can act on. My approach is collaborative and practical, helping teams navigate complexity, make confident decisions, and build work that lasts.

My career has been guided by a simple belief: we have the power to shape a better climate future. The work we do now can improve life for generations to come, and I'm committed to helping organizations turn that possibility into meaningful progress.

I hold an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School and a BA with Honors in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Cruz. I'm based in Berkeley, California, where my husband and I are outnumbered by our two little kids and one big dog.
